Thanks Mike and Bonne... We had a great time.
Here is Brenda's Pumpkin Crunch Cake Recipe:
Crust
1 box yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup of cake mix)
Mix together Cake mix, 1 stick of melted margarine (no Mixer)
Put down in the bottom of a 9 x 13 Pan
Filling
2 cups of pumpkin
1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 beaten eggs
Topping
mix 1 cup od cake mix reserve with
1/2 stick of softened Margarine
1/2 cup of sugar
mix to crumbles and sprinle over the top
Bake at 350 degress about 45 - 50 minutes
cool and cut into serving bars
